Yes! Most of our clients combine renovation with extensions to make the most of the budget and timeline. We’ll help you plan both together to ensure a cohesive design and proper structural integration.

Absolutely. If your extension requires local authority approval (e.g. DBKL, MBSA, MPK), we handle the submission, including drawings, forms, and coordination with engineers and consultants.

It depends on the size and scope of work.

  • Interior-only renovation can start from RM40,000.00

  • Rear/kitchen extension from RM40,000.00

  • Full house overhaul or double-storey extensions will cost more

For light renovations, it may be possible to stay. But for full renovations or structural works, it’s safer and more efficient to move out temporarily. We’ll advise based on your project.

We are home designer but our team Quastma Sdn Bhd & MA Sky Sdn Bhd are registered and certified by CIDB. We also follow all safety and construction standards, and ensure your home gets the CCC (Certificate of Completion & Compliance) at the end.

We offer a defect liability period after handover. If any issues arise due to workmanship, we’ll come back and fix it. We also have clear contracts and site updates to reduce any risk or misunderstanding.
